Autumn holidays in Denmark
The autumn is an amazing time to visit Slettestrand. Nestled between the forest and the North Sea, we offer an exciting range of outdoor activities and a wide selection of holiday apartments and cottages with flexible arrival and departure days. All our holiday lets come with a fully-equipped kitchen, or you can book a catered stay and enjoy delicious, homemade meals in Restaurant Slettestrand. As a resident guest you also get free access to all the holiday centre's facilities during your stay, including our lovely warm-water pool and sauna, MTB skills track, bonfire pit and the large outdoor playground.
Activities in the autumn holidays
During the Danish autumn holidays we offer a range of fun autumn activities, where the main focus is to get outdoors and make the most of our stunning natural surroundings. If your visit to Denmark doesn't coincide with these dates, there are still plenty of possibilities for experiencing the surrounding nature independently. Rent mountain bikes and go exploring in Svinkløv Plantation, take a walk along the beach, bake pancakes or toast marshmallows over a bonfire, and visit some of the region's many attractions.
If the autumn weather is better suited to indoor activities, we offer yoga, water aerobics and creative workshops. As a resident guest, you also have free access to all our facilities, including our wonderful Havbadehus with warm-water pool and sauna, table tennis and table football, pool tables, large outdoor playground and MTB skills course.
