We usually say that Restaurant Slettestrand is the heart of Feriecenter Slettestrand. Our desire is to serve healthy, home-cooked food from good ingredients and at prices where everyone can participate.
Restaurant Slettestrand serves both overnight guests and guests “from outside" as well as parties. Our cuisine is based on good seasonal ingredients from exciting and enthusiastic producers. We choose based on the quality and taste of the ingredients, but ethics also play a big role. Animal welfare and resource consumption are keywords, along with ecology and proximity.

Certified service dogs are welcome in the restaurant. Our other four-legged friends are asked to stay on the terrace!
