Sustainability means a lot to us here in Slettestrand. We want to take good care of people, the environment, and the beautiful nature that surrounds us – in every decision we make. From the big things like strategy and purchasing, to everyday habits like sorting our waste and menu planning.
For us, it’s all about making conscious choices – and committing to work on it and improve every single day.
Our family bought Feriecenter Slettestrand in 1999 with a dream of creating a holiday destination centrered around nature, community and accessibility.

For now, these documents are only available in Danish, as we just don’t have the resources to translate everything. But please feel free to contact us, if you have any questions or would like to know more about our work with sustainability.
Our sustainability strategy helps to define where we want to go, based on our vision of a modern and inclusive holiday centre. It details all the actions we have already taken and our goals for the future.

Below you can see the four overall goals that best describe the primary focus and motivation for our work with sustainability.
