Half & full board stays

If you’re staying with us, we offer a selection of catered stays with meals included on either a full or half board basis. Not only do you get to take a break from cooking duties during your stay, you also get favourable rates on your meals compared to when you book separately.

If you prefer a more flexible solution, meals can also be ordered individually as needed.

The menu in Restaurant Slettestrand features a selection of homemade dishes based on the best local and seasonal ingredients. All meals are served buffet style with various side dishes, salads, bread and butter.

We believe that the best results are achieved through quality ingredients and by allowing our talented chefs to flex their creativity. That’s why our menu consists of very few words and we let the food speak for itself.

Do you have any allergies or special dietary requirements? See what special diets we can accommodate – you are also always welcome to contact us by phone on the above number.

The evening menu is served buffet-style from 6-8 pm. Child rates apply for ages 3-12 years. Little ones aged 0-2 years eat free when accompanied by a paying adult. If you’re staying with us on a catered package, there’s no need to book a table separately – our booking team will sort it for you.

Tuck into our buffet lunch

Our buffet lunch is served from 12-2:30 pm. It varies from day to day, but typically includes:

Warm, homemade dishes such as North Sea fish, meat, pasta or stews – served alongside cold cuts, fresh salad, homemade bread, organic butter and a tasty cheese board. .

Start your day right with our breakfast buffet

Our breakfast buffet is served from 8-10 am and includes:

Greek yogurt with homemade muesli, organic bread rolls, cheeses, cold cuts, and homemade jams.
Freshly brewed coffee and tea, juice, homemade smoothies, fresh fruit, soft-boiled eggs, and breakfast pastries.

Coffee & cake – every day

Pop in for a slice of our delicious homemade cake of the day, served with your choice of freshly brewed coffee, Pukka tea or hot chocolate. Yum!
